Are the wheels you are giving away brand new?
All of the wheels we are giving away are either brand new or refurbished and powder coated by local professional wheel shops. We imported them straight from Japan so they are all 100% authentic. If you have any questions on certain sets of wheels feel free to shoot us a message or email.
What do you mean every order equals 1 entry to win?
We meant you can just buy one product from us and place the order and you will be enter automatically for 1 entry to the giveaway. Very simple right? If an order includes two or more products it will still count as one entry to the drawing. We are doing this to make the drawing as fair as possible to everyone.
How do I get multiple entries for the givewaway?
You can place multiple different orders within the giveaway time period every month (see below). However please keep in mind multiple orders does not necessarily increase your chance of winning.
How do you enter the giveaway contest without a purchase?
On the 1st week of every giveaway, there will be a mini giveaway post on our FB page which sometimes awards the winner for a free product or a free entry to our giveaway contest.
When does the giveaways begin?
Every giveaway should starts on 12:00 AM PT on the 1st of every month and ends 11:59 PM PT on the last day for the month. However, beginning Nov 1st, 2017 we started doing BI-MONTHLY giveaways instead of monthly due to not having enough interest coming from people for the service and products we provided. Please always see official rules on the bottom of our home page.
How do you conduct your drawing for the winner every month?
We pay a third-party company to conduct the drawing every month to make sure they are done fairly and professionally. The winner will be annouced after the drawing and he/she will get to pick a set of SWAG WHEELS from our current giveaways list.
Do I need to pay shipping cost if I won the prize?
No you don't have to pay for that because we will cover 100% of the shipping cost.
Do you accept return and exchanges?
All sales are final. However we do offer exchanges for items that are unused. Buyer must pay return shipping plus shipping for exchanged item. Returned items are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us for further instructions.
My item(s) are damaged during shipment.

May I pick up my order in person?
Since we are an online retail business and don't have a physical location to make sales, we will have to ship out every order. We will make sure we ship out your order in a timely manner.

We will usually ship out your order within 1-3 business days and please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.

You are only required to pay sales tax if you are located in Nevada since we are based in Las Vegas, NV.
